Tiodize have developed a range of composite fasteners that are similar in strength to aluminium fasteners but are lighter and in some cases have no radar signature making them suitable use in surveillance systems or x-ray scanners. Each fastener is designed to meet the individual requirements of the application and as such no standard range is available.

Bearings are also available in Tribo-Comp material that gives excellent lubricity and can be moulded into the housing for greater load carrying capability.
