Lightweight Inserts

Slimserts are lightweight, thinwall solid bushing inserts used by the aerospace and defence industries in a wide variety of applications including airframes, avionics and aero engines. Standard drills and taps are used for hole preparation, a simple swaging operation then locks them securely in place.

Fluid Boss Adapators

Lightweight Rosan Fluid Fittings are used in aircraft and racecar hydraulic systems. During installation a lockring is used to secure it against rotation which gives the benefits of reduced weight and space plus the fact that only one wrench is needed to tighten the coupling nut - no more leaks due to inadvertently loosening the coupling.
